Or that customers come running that way in high season. Yet these are not good reasons, because everyone is full when the weather is nice and in high season. Instead, the point is to be smarter than your competition. By offering some or all of your services and activities online, you generate revenue that you normally would not have received on days when you would not be full. For example, during bad weather or through a marketing channel that is only available online. Research shows that your customer likes to book and pay online. As much as 54% in 2016. So why not offer your activities or services online?
Of course, on busy days, when you are completely full, you may not be bookable online. On which days your activities are bookable is up to you.
